Retired But Not Gone

As some of you may have noticed, my store at ScrapMatters is closed.  It was a difficult decision and I considered many things before making the decision to close my store.  I should clarify, I have not retired for good, but have taken sort of an extended hiatus.  I fully intend on coming back to designing in a minimum of 6 months but possibly longer.  All the freebies that are currently available on the blog will continue to be available and the newsletter signup freebie as well.  And I may even put a new freebie or two in the interim.  But this blog was the most part will remain dormant.  The majority of my blogging will be over on my scrapping blog, Scrapping Band Geek Style.  I want to say thank you to all my customers, fans, and supporters, if it weren’t for you, I probably would have stopped designing a long time ago but I do it all for you guys and I can’t say thank you enough!

DSD and Where I Have Been!

Hello all!  I had fabulous plans to get my newsletters out and what not and then I got sick!  So poof, it went away.  But I will post the freebie later today that coordinates with my grab bag at ScrapMatters.  Which is still on sale along with the rest of the store until Friday!  But I did manage to get a quite a bit of shopping done.  So head over to my scrapping blog this week to see what I picked up this weekend.  And this week, there will be a new release!  So stay tuned!

Sunday Shopping! October 16, 2011

The Product Picks are back!  Now called Sunday Shopping, these posts have products from around digiland that I love.  As I have stated before, this is not a personal plug for any designers I CT for or that I am affiliated with due to a variety of relationships, this is just stuff that I have either purchased or am planning on purchasing in the near future.  If something should happen to be from a friend or a CT I am on, I will fully disclose.  So now that the legal mumbo-jumbo (it’s a technical term!) is done, onto the shopping!

O’Halloween by Karen Lewis Designz.  Loving the muted colors and the clean lines.  A fun and kind of graphic Halloween.

Shabby Black & White by Elise’s Pieces.  A gorgeous monochromatic kit!  I am loving the constrast and how sophisticated this kit looks!

Majorly Big Monogram Alpha by Shawna Clingerman.  A beautiful alpha and it is an oversized one to boot!  My mind spins with fun possibilities.

Markerific Alpha by CD Muckosky.  It is no secret that I am in love with CD’s alphas and this one is no exception!  So artsy and fun, this would be good for art journaling, traditional scrapping and anything in between.

Frightfully Delightful by Britt-ish Designs.  One word to describe this kit:  fun!  I just love it, the pumpkins and the fun papers!

New Release: Full of Joy and Add on! I’M BACK!!!

Yes, people hold onto your seats!! I am back and I am back designing.  It has been a long circuitous route that led me right back home where I started.  I will post on my personal blog later.  But onto the new releases!  I have re-released one of my favorite kits, Full of Joy!  This kit makes me so happy and I wanted to celebrate my comeback with a happy kit!
